The Cope app helps people to deal with the mental, physical, and emotional effects of big life changes like grief, breakups, transitions, and trauma.
The Keeper function creates reminders about sleep, food, and your prescriptions to help you be well.
The Pause function helps to create calmness when you are feeling overwhelmed with activities like a digital coloring book.
The Canopy option connects you with others going through what you’re going through. Start discussions and ask questions in a safe and non-judgmental space.
Buddy Up, helps you to build a support network. Add select contacts and the app will send out push notifications to check in with you.
