National Domestic Workers Alliance

National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA)
2019-present

Design Director

NDWA is the home for domestic workers. Integrating grassroots organizing, policy advocacy, and technological innovation, the National Domestic Workers Alliance aims to transform the world by ensuring the dignity and rights of domestic workers. As Design Director, I lead artistic concepts and strategy that translates core narrative and brand into design that is integrated into all organizational campaigns and programs.

2021 Organizational Rebrand

I led a multi-year rebrand process laying the foundation for NDWA’s communications strategy across its main brand and sub-brands, striking at the heart of NDWA’s narrative: made up of many parts, interconnected, adaptable, bold, and constantly transforming to meet the needs of the moment without losing its core objective of elevating the lives of domestic workers.

Care In Action is the C4 organization for NDWA. I lead the update of the CiA brand as NDWA’s political work expanded.
